It I s a peaceful place close to Marmaris. You can recharge yourself : Thai massage, shops, bakery, pool bar, restaurant also available. The showers and toilets not the cleanest but still okay. You can swim in the see also and other (cheaper) restaurants in walking distance in Orhaniye.

The security guard in the marina was officious and most unpleasant. He wanted to charge us €5 to put a small bag in the bin. Then he followed us directly insisting we walk straight into the restaurant. I have no idea what his problem was. Although we have been to the restaurant many times over years and enjoyed it, we will not go there again. The manager was quite reasonable but obviously could not tell him off him in front of us.

The evening we left our boat, which we rented for a week, we slept on our boat and planned to set off in the morning. We are now waiting in a disgusting sewage smell in the pontoon opposite the lighthouse facility. We could not find an official. It is a good marina but do not choose to sleep here.

I am the boater and sailor here. best marina in Turkey especially in Marmaris area.none of the other marinas beat the view and the marina setup

They take money and pretend to empty the black water tanks. They then insist that the tanks must be open. Consequently most of the human decrement ends up in the Marina. The whole marina smells like sewage. It is a disgrace. Example if how not to manage a marina and turn a beauty spit into sewage hole.
